About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing our logistics distribution network, optimizing operations, and ensuring seamless execution of logistics projects.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Network Optimization

1. Support the development and improvement of the regional logistics distribution network, including warehouse sourcing, team building, and resource integration.
2. Analyze customer needs to design and implement logistics operation strategies that enhance efficiency and quality.

Project Management & Execution

1. Lead and oversee logistics projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion to achieve business goals.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and resolve operational challenges.
3. Monitor regional logistics data and assess key performance indicators.
4. Expand and manage third-party logistics sites and suppliers to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Experience: Proven experience in logistics operations, supply chain, or a similar role.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Skills:
4. Strong analytical skills to assess operational efficiency and customer needs.
5. Experience in logistics project management and supplier coordination.
6. Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple tasks effectively.
7. Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
