Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and enhanced customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing performance, providing necessary materials and resources to maintain operational continuity, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The Operations Supervisor guides and motivates teams to achieve defined operational objectives, focusing on sustainable growth and ensuring the long-term success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze daily operational performance to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
  • Provide the necessary materials, equipment, and resources to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Guide and motivate operational teams to achieve optimal performance and meet defined objectives.
  • Analyze processes to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Respond promptly to resolve operational issues and work to prevent future occurrences.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve shared goals.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional services that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare periodic reports on performance, challenges, and recommended solutions for senior management.
  • Identify training needs for team members and implement development programs to improve their performance.
  • Monitor, manage, and analyze inventory while ensuring the availability of appropriate quantities and minimizing waste.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Relevant experience

Hospitality and/or Fitness Industry preferred.
