Operations Manager - Retail

We are seeking a highly experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our retail operations across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail or jewellery, with a proven ability to drive sales, optimize store performance, and ensure a premium customer experience. This role requires 10+ years of experience in the Saudi market, with expertise in managing multi-store retail operations, team leadership, and implementing strategic business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple luxury retail stores across Saudi Arabia, ensuring high standards of service, product presentation, and operational efficiency.
2. Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales performance, customer engagement, and market expansion.
3. Manage and mentor store managers and retail teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
4. Ensure compliance with Saudi market regulations, brand guidelines, and company policies.
5. Optimize inventory management, merchandising, and store layouts to enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue.
6. Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and customer trends, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including mall management, suppliers, and VIP clients.
8. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and brand activations.
9. Lead expansion initiatives, including new store openings and market penetration strategies.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia in a retail operations role, preferably in jewellery, luxury fashion, or high-end retail.
2. Strong understanding of Saudi retail market dynamics, customer preferences, and business regulations.
3. Proven leadership skills with experience in managing multi-store operations and large retail teams.
4. Expertise in sales performance management, inventory control, and merchandising strategies.
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric luxury retail environment.
