Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business / engineering
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar post.
3. Excellent in both Arabic and English commands
4. Male / Saudi nationality only
5. Deep understanding of Real Estate market in KSA
6. Solid experience in dealing with related governmental authorities
7. Strong knowledge of related KSA’s governmental online platform, regulation and process
8. Strong customer service skills
9. Strong management, organizational, and reporting skills
10. Strong local network and business relationships
11. Good understanding of facility management function
12. Negotiation skills & representative character.
