Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
2. Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team, implementing best practices and legal requirements.
3. Provide the Technical Manager with data and support for operations.
4. Lead all plant operations in collaboration with the Management team (e.g., Sales Director, Marketing Manager, CFO).
5. Ensure required quality standards are met within the assigned zone.
6. Mentor a team of operations staff.
7. Responsible for Warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

1. 10-20 Years of Experience in relevant fields.
