Job Description:

The Operations Manager for Fuel Stations is responsible for overseeing all operational activities related to fuel stations. This role focuses on ensuring efficient operations, maintaining compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards, and meeting company objectives in delivering high-quality fuel services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at fuel stations and ensure the delivery of high-quality service to customers.
• Ensure safe storage of fuel and that stations comply with environmental and health standards.
• Ensure regular maintenance of stations, including fuel-related equipment and systems.
• Ensure prompt and effective customer service, enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Prepare regular reports on station performance, challenges faced, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and train fuel station employees to meet performance and safety objectives.
• Ensure that all stations adhere to local and international regulations related to fuel and safety.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in managing fuel station operations or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and health regulations related to fuel storage and handling.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
• Analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions for operational improvement.
