Job Description:

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful organization and coordination of all operational activities within the project. The Operations Manager will lead operational teams effectively while identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management or a similar role within an industrial or project-driven environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing and leading operational teams with a focus on delivering exceptional performance and quality.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics operations, including the ability to oversee and optimize these processes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Experience in compliance management and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software tools for effective operations management and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all operational activities within the project, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance standards.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency and quality across all functional areas.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and accuracy in stock management to prevent shortages or excesses.
  • Supervise logistical operations and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources necessary for project execution.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, reporting findings and recommendations to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Facilitate training and development for operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Collaborate actively with stakeholders from various departments, ensuring operational compliance with established standards and protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with best practices.
