Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee business operations, with a specific focus on cloud kitchen development, branch network expansion, and project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills, ensuring operational excellence and supporting business growth. A PMP certification is highly desirable to implement structured project execution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Kitchen Development and Network Expansion:

• Lead the planning and execution of cloud kitchen development projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
• Identify and analyze strategic locations for new branches, considering market demand, operational feasibility, and ROI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to launch new branches, set up infrastructure, and ensure smooth operational handovers.
• Develop SOPs for new branches to ensure operational consistency and quality standards.

2. Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across existing cloud kitchens, branches, or facilities.
• Streamline workflows, processes, and delivery operations to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Monitor KPIs, including order fulfillment times, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

3. Project Management:

• Utilize PMP-certified methodologies to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and execute project plans for expansion, renovations, or system implementations.
• Track project milestones, manage risks, and address bottlenecks proactively.
• Prepare regular project status reports for senior leadership.

4. Financial Oversight:

• Monitor budgets and optimize operational costs while driving profitability.
• Analyze financial reports and forecast resource requirements for expansion projects.
• Implement strategies to reduce waste, improve productivity, and control expenses.

5. Team Leadership and Training:

• Hire, train, and mentor teams to manage new and existing cloud kitchens or branches.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work culture across all locations.
• Ensure staff adhere to operational standards and customer service excellence.

6. Quality Assurance:

• Oversee quality control measures to maintain consistent food production and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits of cloud kitchens and branches to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
• Respond to customer feedback and implement corrective measures for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is required or preferred.
• Proven experience in cloud kitchen development, branch network expansion, or multi-site operations.
• At least 5+ years in an operations management role, ideally in the food service, hospitality, or retail industries.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of local market trends and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
