Job description

On behalf of a global Burger chain, we seek an experienced Operations Manager based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

  1. You will be responsible for achieving targets set by the business plan and employee performance management.
  2. Provide leadership to ensure a consistently high-quality product and excellent guest service within designated multiple outlets and high-volume franchise operations.
  3. Direct responsibilities include managing the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.
  4. Accountable for the business performance of the restaurants and maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.
  5. Actively contribute to business development including new openings and identifying opportunities for staff and business development.
  6. Build external networks to understand market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage.
  7. Implement Company policies and regulations.
  8. Meet Target Sales and Profit and set budgets.
  9. Maintain inventory control.
  10. Accountable for planning and execution of Store Plans.
  11. Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
  12. Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
  13. Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control, and sales.
  14. Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit, and staff development Planning and coordinating menus.
  15. Accountable for Building and Equipment Maintenance.
  16. You will provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to the entire team.

Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in fast food restaurant operational management (preferably from a multinational fast food chain).
  3. Multi-site operations management experience preferred.
  4. Sales and marketing competencies are a major asset.
  5. Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills.
  6. Excellent business acumen, cost controlling, forecasting, and knowledge of industry trends.
  7. Strong negotiation skills coupled with a sound awareness of internal and external customer needs are equally important.
