Job Description:

Basmah Contracting Company Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably with a background working with Saudi Aramco and/or SABIC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in optimizing operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that the company's objectives are achieved in an effective and efficient manner.
2. Lead and manage operational teams to ensure that targets are met and exceeded.
3. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and reduce costs.
4. Work closely with senior leadership to implement key business initiatives and improve operational workflows.
5. Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on industrial and large-scale operations.
2. Prior experience with Saudi Aramco and/or SABIC is highly preferred.
3. Proven ability to manage and lead teams.
4. Strong knowledge of industry best practices, operational optimization, and process improvements.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
