What you will do

This position will serve as the go-to-market strategic point of contact in the country. Own the customer growth numbers and work closely across marketing, sales, operations, and customer success teams to execute and achieve growth goals.

Along with:

  1. Making sure that students find the best quality teachers and content.
  2. Acquiring and scaling high-quality teachers.
  3. Supporting the growth team in launching new courses or acquiring new student communities.
  4. Ensuring students find the most relevant and highest-quality teachers and live sessions at the right time.
  5. Partnering with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Growth teams to design and build tools supporting our operations infrastructure.
  6. Designing and launching new courses based on students’ needs and test prep components.

You will be asked to

  1. Work with teams on locally launching any new curriculum and student segment.
  2. Develop and maintain the organizational culture in alignment with the Noon Academy values.
  3. Develop and prepare periodic strategic plans in line with the overall strategy and vision of Noon Academy.
  4. Have a strong analytical and strategic mind and a broad knowledge of the business.
  5. Identify, recruit, motivate, and retain top-quality employees.
  6. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the operations.
  7. Find ways to increase the quality of customer service and operations.
  8. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  9. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
  10. Manage budgets and forecasts.
  11. Automate day-to-day operations tasks.
  12. Track the performance daily based on the company OKRs.
  13. Look for how students should learn and identify their motives.
  14. Analyze student feedback and come up with new solutions.
  15. Build strong relationships with teachers.
  16. Measure student and teacher satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  2. Maximum of 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or business analysis.
  3. Proficient in Excel.
  4. Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment.
  5. Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work with remote teams.
  6. Understanding of financial management.
  7. Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
  8. Hard worker with flexibility.
  9. Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
  10. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  11. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  12. Experience creating and optimizing processes.
  13. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  14. Work with senior stakeholders.
  15. Work with directors and heads of departments to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  16. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the operations.
  17. Find ways to increase the quality of customer service and operations.
  18. Manage budgets and forecasts.
  19. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  20. Improve operational processes and best practices.
  21. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
  22. Design process and operating model based on the analysis.
  23. Develop cases for automating operations.
  24. Open-minded and able to face multiple competing challenges.
  25. Data analysis skills.
  26. Develop the team’s skills.
