Position Overview:

As an Operations Executive in the clinical services sector in Saudi Arabia, your role is essential in overseeing the efficient delivery and management of clinical services to ensure exceptional patient care and operational excellence. You will play a crucial part in optimizing processes, enhancing service quality, and supporting the growth and reputation of the organization within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:
    Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to optimize the delivery of clinical services in Saudi Arabia. Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in clinical operations.
  2. Service Delivery Optimization:
    Oversee the planning and execution of clinical services to ensure efficient patient scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management. Monitor service performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  3. Team Leadership and Development:
    Guide and manage a team of clinical services, including physicians, cardiologists, technicians, and administrative personnel. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities. Onboard Doctors on the platform and guide end-to-end processes.
  4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    Implement and maintain quality assurance programs and clinical protocols to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
  5. Customer Experience and Engagement:
    Develop initiatives to improve the customer experience, including education programs, feedback mechanisms, and service enhancements. Address customers' concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Financial and Resource Management:
    Manage operational budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation to achieve financial targets and optimize cost efficiency. Collaborate with finance and administrative teams to ensure accurate billing, revenue cycle management, and financial reporting.
  7. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    Collaborate with healthcare providers, interdisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to coordinate care, referrals, and patient outcomes. Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.

Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred.
  2. Proven experience in clinical operations management within a healthcare setting, with specific knowledge of Saudi Arabian healthcare regulations and practices.
  3. Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in team management, development, and performance optimization.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement evidence-based solutions to improve clinical operations.
  6. Proficiency in using healthcare information systems and technology to support operational efficiency and patient care.
  7. Fluency in English is typically required; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
