Operations Executive, Amazon Now, UFG

We are looking to hire an Operations Lead to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, and run 3P Store Operations. You will ensure Amazon policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented and administered fairly and consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback on associates’ performance – including under the roof/on the road productivity, quality, and safety - as a means for achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations. Key Job Responsibilities

We're seeking a Team Lead for UFG UTR operations in KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing, on a daily basis, end to end UTR operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operations.
2. Meeting customer-facing metrics, while maintaining operational/quality targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
3. Driving performance management of your team members and preparing and implementing training and development plans for the pickers.
4. Working closely with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.
5. Conducting 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for the stores on a daily basis.
6. Stand-in for Area Manager.

Minimum Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s degree holder with experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
2. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
3. Proficiency in MS Excel.
4. Ability to travel to different stores within KSA.
5. A self-motivated person with the ability to motivate the associates/team members.
6. Strong execution skills, action-oriented, go-getter.
7. Resourceful to identify the way to get things done using limited resources.
8. Ability to work under pressure situations.
9. Ability to work in ambiguous situations and come out with solutions as per the situations faced.
10. Good people management skills.
11. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
12. 1-3 years of experience in managing a process and people as a lead.
13. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies would be highly advantageous. Knowledge of SQL would be advantageous.
