Operations Engineer ( Commercial Engineer )/Oil & Gas Experience

The job main objectives:

To handle the commercial process for one of our key customers and maintain effective communications with that customer.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinates with other departments to manage and solve any customer requirements/problems like inspection and testing.
2. Analyzes, reviews, and prices the received manufacturing parts at Saudi Mechanical Industries (Oil & Gas) like vertical turbine pumps parts (Bowls, impellers, discharge heads, bearings, shaft) or any engineered components inquiry.
3. Answers customers’ requests and negotiates contracts with the purchasing department (fixed price projects, technical assistance, service center).
4. Establishes a trusting relationship based on listening and availability.
5. Identifies operational problems by observing and studying the functioning and performance of systems.
6. Provides operational management information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating and engineering trends.
7. Identifies priorities by assessing operational objectives like cost savings, energy conservation, and environmental quality.

Qualifications / Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. 1-3 years of experience.
