Operation Manager

Eram Talent is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our Client operational initiatives. Responsibilities

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships
• Proficiency in operational software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
