ROLE OVERVIEW

The Office Services Operations Lead will manage and oversee the planning, allocation, movement, logistics and audit of office services operations. The role will require a high level of interpersonal skills, diplomacy and a culturally appropriate attitude that perfectly embodies the NEOM mindset of diversity.

REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY

  • Experience with process management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in process mapping and process modelling tools.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Capability to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement in existing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • High attention to details to ensure the processes are optimized.
  • Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Competence in negotiating with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Flexibility to adjust engagement strategies based on changing circumstances or feedback.
  • Ability to lead and influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Uphold ethical standards in all stakeholder interactions and communications.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES

  • Ensure all office operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
  • Forecast of office space requirements based on supply and demand.
  • Manages workplace allocation process, internal movements, and logistics.
  • Manages and tracks all office services audits and action items.
  • Maintain communication with all end users to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Manages warehouse, material, and plan inventory.
  • Monitor all maintenance tickets and coordinate with maintenance teams.
  • Ability to innovate and promote bold ideas.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in office services operations.
  • Good planning skills.
  • Utilization of MS Office package.
  • Analyzing data and generating outputs.
  • Effective Communicator – ability to represent confidently and negotiate complex issues.
  • Leadership – able to function with no supervision.
  • Relationship Management – fosters rapport, trust and confidence with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors at all levels.
  • Fluent in English language.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or relevant.
  • Qualifications in Management.
  • Security Industry qualifications.
