Job Description:
Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. Managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office.
Key Accountability Areas
Calendar Management:
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Meetings Coordination:
- Organizing and preparing materials for meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Correspondence Management:
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Office Administration:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office, including maintaining files and reviewing incoming documents.
Confidentiality:
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handling it with discretion.
Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, board members, and clients.
Project Support:
- Assisting the CEO with special projects and assignments, research, and presentations as needed.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborating with other members of the executive team and providing support as required.

- Ability to recruit, recognize, and cultivate high performers.
- Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
