Duties:
Attend shift instruction, receive work task sheet and authorize out for area keys.
Keep trolley organized with bed linen and also other materials.
Clean all rooms as designated according to the day's demand and according to the Cleaning requirements.
When making the beds and altering the bed linen, ensure that all products are tidy, well-pressed without any rips or stains.
Submit Area Check-List, room by room.
Promptly report to Floor Manager any immediate maintenance or damages to floors/areas.
Promptly report to Floor Manager any inconsistencies in room condition.
Quickly turn over ALL Lost & Found products to Floor Supervisor or directly to Housekeeping Office.
Exercise extreme and proper care in handling guests' important products found in the area.
Keep bed linen room clean, tidy and organized at all times.
Implement any other tasks and assist in "special" responsibilities as instructed by the Executive Housekeeper or his aide, i.e., changing of mattresses, hanging of curtains, etc.
Ensure that the hotel's policy relating to fire, health, safety, regulations & rules are always understood and abided by.
Responsibly use all available systems and devices, including but not limited to trolleys, vacuum, carpet washer, etc.
Ensure the optimal use and control of all features, guest products and chemicals to reduce wastefulness.
Sign off responsibility and return keys to Housekeeping Office.
Participate in training sessions as needed.
Continuously update oneself and be informed about hotel facilities, activities, and promotions and be able to provide accurate information to guests when needed.
