The Job in a Nutshell

This role is the heart of the office, creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and keeping the front desk organized. Beyond that, you'll support office events, manage purchase requests and orders, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to keep everything running efficiently. What You Will Do

  1. Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the office.
  2. Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  3. Manage office appointments and meeting room schedules.
  4. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  6. Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and handling office supplies.
  7. Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and employee activities.
  8. Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  9. Ensure proper communication with internal staff and external vendors.
  10. Managing purchase requests (PRs) & Purchase orders (POs) processing till closing.
  11. Coordinate with Procurement & Finance teams to close open requests as per SLA.

What Are We Looking For

  1. Saudi National.
  2. Experience 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Education High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or related field preferred.
  4. Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. A professional appearance and attitude.
  8. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
