Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Odoo Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Odoo ERP system and a proven track record in software sales. As an Odoo Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Odoo-based ERP solutions, engaging with prospects, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive value.

This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients. You will be the main point of contact for prospects considering Odoo solutions, from the initial consultation through to the closing of the deal.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new sales leads, build relationships with potential clients, and drive business development initiatives.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Odoo's full suite of business applications and how it can address client needs.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the capabilities of Odoo ERP to potential clients.
  • Client Consultations: Understand client business processes and requirements, recommending tailored Odoo solutions that deliver maximum value.
  • Proposal & Quotation Creation: Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on the specific needs of prospects.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to the implementation team.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure a seamless handover of new clients.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, while accurately reporting on sales activities and pipeline.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in ERP sales, specifically with Odoo or similar ERP platforms.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries commonly using Odoo (manufacturing, retail, services, etc.) is a plus.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of how ERP systems work, with the ability to translate complex technical features into clear business benefits.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: A driven and self-motivated individual who is capable of managing their sales pipeline independently.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads, manage opportunities, and report on sales activities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Perfect written English
