Our client is a leading Doctor and is hiring for the position of Registered Nurse in Jeddah.
Years of Experience: 2-3 years
Notification Period: Immediate joiners or maximum 1-month notification period.
Salary: Affordable wage.
Responsibilities:
- Screen patient's condition and analyze their demands to provide the best possible care and guidance.
- Observe and analyze patients' symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts.
- Adjust and administer patients' medication and provide treatments according to doctors' orders.
- Evaluate the facilities and act to maintain exceptional health and safety (disinfecting equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.).
- Provide immediate care in emergencies.
- Assist doctors during operations.
- Manage and educate LPNs and nursing aides.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
- Expand knowledge and skills by participating in educational workshops, conferences, etc.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a registered nurse.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Exceptional understanding of emergency care.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and willingness to follow them at all times.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and caring.
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Individual with excellent analytical skills.
- BSc or other diploma from a nursing program.
- Valid SCFHS license.
