Nurse Supervisor

We are currently hiring a Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our nursing staff. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care and provide support and guidance as needed. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, at least 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, and prior supervisory experience. This position is open to Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English and hold their own visa. Women are encouraged to apply for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the nursing staff
2. Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
3. Monitor patient progress and ensure high-quality care
4. Provide support and guidance to nursing staff
5. Conduct performance evaluations for nursing team members
6. Develop and implement training programs for new nurses
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations
8. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
9. Participate in budget planning for nursing department

1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
2. At least 5 years of experience as a registered nurse
3. Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
4. Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
5. Must hold their own valid visa for Saudi Arabia
6. Strong communication and leadership skills
7. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
8. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
9. Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations
10. Ability to maintain confidentiality
