• Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates nursing care of patients provided by their team in accordance with hospital and departmental policies with standards of professional nursing practice.
• Supervises Nurses & nurse aids at all levels, support services.
• Works in collaboration with Heads of both clinically and administratively hospital Departments, with daily contacts with unit personnel, physician chiefs of service, other physicians, patients, family, and Patients Relation Officer for problem solving and planning of patient care.
• Frequent contacts with medical administration services.

• Care of baby in incubator
• Administration of Surfactant
• Admission to NICU
• Vital signs (Pulse, Temp, Resp., Blood pressure)
• Assist during Neonatal Endotracheal Intubation
• Assist with umbilical catheter insertion and care
• Assisting with Neonatal Lumbar Puncture
• Capillary Blood Sampling
• Gastric Tube Insertion

• Education: Bachelor degree in nursing with PRC license.
• Gender: Female.
• Experience: at least one year.
• Dataflow or Prometric are highly preferred.
