Network Security Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to join our dynamic IT Services team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our network infrastructure and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our data. This role is essential for maintaining the security posture of our organization and requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential threats.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and manage network security solutions to protect sensitive data and systems.
2. Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to security incidents promptly.
3. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify weaknesses in the network.
4. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
5. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures into existing systems and applications.
6. Provide training and support to staff on security best practices and awareness.
7. Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.
8. Participate in incident response planning and execution to minimize impact during security breaches.
9. Assist in the evaluation and selection of security tools and technologies.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge and expertise with Network security solution such as (Cisco firewall, palo alto firewall, F5 WAF, F5 LTM, Cisco ISE, Proxy, VPN, DDoS, …etc.).
• Experience in designing, planning and deployment of network security solutions.
• Experience working with multiple vendors.
• Minimum 3 years of experience troubleshooting Network security related issues, working with Network administrators and vendor support teams
• Knowledge about evolving Cyber Threats
• Familiarity with the different enterprise security and IT products, processes, and ecosystem
