We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to join our dynamic IT Services team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (TIL) Foundation and be able to work flexibly.

Responsibilities:

1. Install and configure software, hardware, and networks.
2. Maintain and monitor system performance and security.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/network issues.
4. Provide helpdesk services to our internal clients, students, and trainers.
5. Oversee the governance and maintenance of all operational records, systems, and technical documentation.
6. Ensure system security and compliance.
7. Oversee IoT and Smart City projects lifecycle from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
8. Design and implement containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
