Your Role
As the National Aerospace Manager, you will act as a product and business manager of the Kuehne+Nagel Aerospace team with a focus on contributing to the overall Aerospace business and product portfolio. Your focus will be on business development, financial performance, and delivering high-quality, solution-oriented service to customers. This role requires a strong understanding of aerospace supply chain needs and effective coordination with internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure Kuehne+Nagel is the top choice for high-value aerospace logistics.

Your Responsibilities

1. Develop business strategies to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential customers, and exploring new markets to expand the Aerospace footprint.
2. Manage budgets and financial performance.
3. Oversee and manage all business and product activities within the Aerospace vertical.
4. Responsible for maintaining and ensuring procedures are updated that ultimately deliver customer satisfaction.
5. Perform regular audits (process, procedures, trainings, operations) to ensure compliance with Global Policies & Guidelines.
6. Gather market intelligence and industry trends and provide feedback to the Aerospace Product Team.
7. Provide business implementation and customer support for all new customers.
8. Ensure compliance with policies, industry regulations, and QSHE standards/procedures.

Your Skills and Experiences

1. In-depth knowledge of aerospace industry supply chain needs and available supply chain solutions.
2. Proven experience in business development or sales within the aerospace or logistics industry.
3. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
6. Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients, partners, and internal teams.
7. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
