Multi-Disciplined Rope Access Technician

Department: Offshore Onshore Rigs Department

Job Summary: Responsible for performing a wide range of services on onshore & offshore rigs - including but not limited to – rig repair and maintenance, welding, fabrication, steel structure installation/removal, piping removal/installation, electrical equipment installation/removal, OEM equipment removal/replacement. Ability to work on other tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repair and maintenance work on onshore and offshore rigs.
• Collaborate effectively with company supervisors and team leaders.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Contribute to a positive safety culture and uphold company values.

Required Qualifications:

• IRATA Rope Access certified (all levels).
• Coded welding certification OR mechanical/electrical qualification (Compex).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in onshore and offshore rig repairs, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid offshore survival certification (BOSIET or equivalent).
• Valid offshore medical certificate.

Reporting Relationship: Rigs Department
