MULESOFT ARCHITECT

We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Architect to lead the design and implementation of integration solutions for our organization. The MuleSoft Architect will play a critical role in driving integration architecture design, ensuring seamless connectivity between various systems, applications, and data sources. This role requires expertise in MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform and a deep understanding of integration best practices to ensure efficient, scalable, and secure solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and best practices.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand integration needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction, mentorship, and guidance to development teams on MuleSoft best practices, integration patterns, and system design.
• Integration Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of integration solutions, including API design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Platform Management: Manage the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, and adherence to enterprise standards.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration workflows, and best practices.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues, optimize integration flows, and ensure reliability across the integration landscape.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure that integration solutions adhere to security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on MuleSoft updates, emerging integration trends, and relevant tools to continuously improve integration capabilities.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in integration development, with at least 3 years of experience as a MuleSoft Architect or similar role. Proven track record of designing and implementing MuleSoft solutions in complex environments.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design Center. Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and RESTful and SOAP web services. Familiarity with integration protocols and standards such as HTTP, JMS, AMQP, and connectors for databases, Salesforce, SAP, and other systems. Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with on-premise, cloud, and hybrid architectures. Strong experience with data transformation and mapping (DataWeave) and message queuing.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and development teams. Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
