MPD Field Supervisor/ Engineer

Performance Energy are currently looking to hire MPD Field Supervisors and MPD Field Engineers to support a major service company in the Middle East.

Our client's project is working on both onshore and offshore operations and starting up in late March 2025. Some of the main challenges that you will be facing on this project include losses due to formations and the heat and harsh environment, with the offshore wells working on shallow water operations.

In total, we are looking for 8 personnel, all having experience with MPD: 4 MPD Supervisors and 4 MPD Engineers. These projects will be working for a minimum of 3 years and will operate on a 60/30 or 45/30 rotation, starting in late March or early April.

The ideal candidates will have experience working on both onshore and offshore operations. The MPD Supervisor should have experience working in different areas around the world with a mixture of onshore and offshore exposure, plus experience dealing with high-pressure environments.

The MPD Engineer should also have experience on both onshore and offshore operations and familiarity with different MPD software throughout their careers, along with similar experience in high-pressure environments.

Minimum Experience Required:

1. Offshore experience is a must for both MPD Engineer and MPD Supervisor roles.
2. All relevant certificates (IWCF and Boesit) MUST be up to date.
3. 5 years plus in either role (MPD Supervisor or Engineer).
