Job Responsibilities:

1. Driving the SOS growth in major project NE Orders (above 2.0m$).
2. Increasing the market coverage and 100% MP offering.
3. Establishing sales objectives by providing accurate forecasts month over month with clear objectives of achieving the individual annual plan by developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
4. Managing strategic relationships with main Contractors, Consultants & Key Accounts.
5. Maintaining relationships with current existing Key Accounts.
6. Providing sales support to clients in the design stage.
7. Prospecting, reviewing, studying, and pricing MP's along with preparing technical and commercial submittals as per project specific requirements, value proposition, value engineering, and customer presentations.
8. Preparing internal company MP reviews as per company approval matrix.
9. Negotiating contracts (technically and commercially) that reserve the company rights and profitability while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Estimations, Planning, FOD, etc.) on all contract aspects to ensure full alignment in matters of cost, scope, limitations, etc.
10. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
11. Abiding by the company internal policies and code of conduct.
12. Following the SIP internal process.
13. Updating company internal reporting systems e.g., MP Tracker, CRM, eLOG, etc.
