The Role will be a technical architect with specific experience in working with end clients. You will be developing and delivering an architecture strategy to support various Ctelecoms Services and Offerings. Architect and Design functional technology solutions, leading the Design for customers and documenting the scope of projects, conducting presentations to customers both in-person and using telepresence as well as other collaboration tools and preparing demos and POCs for customers that will help open new Business Opportunities.

Description of the Job:
  1. The Main Objective of this role is to translate the technical specification of the products or solution in a straightforward business language to the clients and to generate demands in his specialized solution areas within customer segments with specific approaches.
  2. Manage and support the pre-sales process in cooperation with the sales Team.
  3. Attend initial sales meetings and meet the client to analyze its IT needs, answering any technical questions the client might have.
  4. Provide strategic technical advice to customers, communicating value-added contributions of MS products and services (mainly Microsoft 365), including both long term messages about products, technologies, and services, as well as short term positioning for competitive situations or dynamic market conditions.
  5. Support Proof of Concepts, Architecture Design Sessions, and Strategy/Technology Briefings proving Microsoft’s capabilities and other products can meet customer’s requirements.
  6. Build Proactive GTM Approaches for Microsoft 365 Solutions.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  1. Work with the Sales Team and Operations in evolving the proposition.
  2. Attend pre-sales meetings with sales staff and meetings with the customer where input/contribution is required.
  3. Present and demonstrate Ctelecoms services to customers.
  4. Develop and maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of Ctelecoms products, services, and solutions.
  5. Primary Focused Domain(s): Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint Hyper-V, Teams Rooms and Phone, CodeTwo, and Bactopus.
  6. Build scope of work/low level technical scope and technical design documents based on the business requirements.
  7. Participate in building a technical content library (e.g., Knowledge base and other technical contents).
  8. Ensure that these proposals are to the level of detail that will ensure no ambiguity with the customer or our professional services team in terms of the work to be done and the associated cost of this work.
  9. Deliver technical training in customer knowledge transfer and help customers to consume their products and services.
  10. Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide recommendations for Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions to meet those needs.
  11. Improve the overall customer experience, serving as the customer advocate and playing a key role in assisting our clients to maximize their investment in Technology.
  12. Identify opportunities to grow existing business and increase sales for the division.
  13. Assist the Sales team in forecasting and managing the Microsoft pipeline, meeting sales goals, and achieving targets.
  14. Explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by coordinating with Microsoft and other vendors and manage opportunities on both CRM and the Microsoft Partner Center Portal.
  15. Coordinate with Microsoft Teams and other vendors for aligning opportunities and approaches.
  16. Investigate, identify, and report on new solutions that enhance Ctelecoms offerings, and acquire necessary skills accordingly.
  17. Update offered solutions with new technologies that match customer needs.
  18. Provide continuous support and knowledge transfer to the Sales team in the specialized areas.
  19. Escalate issues to the relevant stakeholder in a timely manner.
  20. Support Marketing by providing continuous technology updates (Articles, Videos, Events etc.).
  21. Conduct frequent internal knowledge transfer and enablement sessions for the Sales Team.
  22. Complete required training and obtain relevant product and role certifications aligned to the role and workload/industry.
Qualification (Education/Work Experience):
  1. BA in Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. IT Certification includes (Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert and Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate).
  3. Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including scalability, availability, and resilience.
  4. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Infrastructure Technologies.
  6. Minimum 3 years of Experience in presales.
