Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer specializing in mobile development, with hands-on experience using Flutter. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and enhancing mobile applications that empower users to navigate rental payments seamlessly. Your work will directly contribute to Rize’s mission of making rentals more accessible and improving financial flexibility for tenants and landlords alike.

What will you be doing?

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Optimize app performance and ensure high-quality responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement and maintain best practices for mobile development.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.

You're a perfect match if you have

• 1-3 years of proven experience as a Mobile Software Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
• Experience with iOS and Android development (Swift, Kotlin, or Java is a plus).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with state management techniques (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Contributions to open-source projects or Flutter community involvement.
