Provide secretarial and administrative support to Principals and teaching staff of the Middle School.
Maintain files pertinent to the Office of the Principal.
Coordinate all arrangements pertinent to student activities.
Receive and report on student activity funds; interchange duties with other administrative assistant staff to accommodate workload in case of absence.
Assist students, staff, and parents of the Middle School as needed.
Serve as substitute coordinator for the division, contacting substitutes for all teachers and classified staff as required.
Perform general office duties including answering multi-line phones, greeting the public, typing, filing, sorting, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist in compiling and reviewing time sheets for licensed and classified staff.
