Microsoft Security Consultant Riyadh Cybersecurity
Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and direction to the IT security team.
Assist in utilizing Microsoft services, including Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365, and associated tools such as Microsoft Purview, Intune, PIM, conditional access policies, Defender for Endpoint and Email, Mobile Device Management (MDM), etc.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and develop technical architectures that align with the security standards, regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices for both projects and daily operations.
Conduct security architecture assessments, identify security gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance data protection and access controls.
Design and implement secure integrations, ensuring comprehensive measures are in place to safeguard the cloud resources and data.
Utilize Microsoft security tools and services to improve monitoring, detection, identification, and response to security events.
Proactively identify potential security risks, including threats, vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and attack vectors within Microsoft services.
Enhance IT security for applications integrated with Microsoft services, such as Active Directory (AD), by ensuring strong integration protocols and robust access controls.
Design and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), role-based access control, and identity federation, leveraging Azure Active Directory.
Perform threat assessments and risk analyses specific to Microsoft environments to identify vulnerabilities and potential security risks.
Develop security architectures and solutions aligned with Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, and other related products.
Create and manage patch management processes to ensure Microsoft systems are updated and protected against known vulnerabilities.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a technical discipline.
Over 8 years of experience in the same field.
Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and associated security features.
Strong background in IT security.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Extensive experience with Microsoft security tools and products, including AD, PAM, GPO, MFA, IAM, and SSO.
Must hold at least three of the following certifications:
