Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect Security & Compliance (relocation)

Job Description

The responsibilities of the Microsoft 365, Security, Compliance, and Endpoint Manager Solution Architect include, but are not limited to, the following: -

-Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions.

- Strategic guidance for achieving long-term security objectives according to Microsoft practices and recommendations.

- Designing, guiding the implementation, and maintaining Microsoft security solutions adhering to Zero Trust principles.

- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications.

- Develop and implement robust security policies and protocols.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Design and manage endpoint solutions to enhance security and productivity.

- Collaborate and guide the operations teams based on best practices

Job Requirements

• 7+ Years of experience in similar role
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, including Security & Compliance Center and Endpoint Manager (Intune).
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Identity Management, and Conditional Access policies.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Threat Protection, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Proficient in Compliance Regulations like GDPR, ISO, or NIST.
• Familiarity with PowerShell and automation tools for administration.
• Experience in designing security architectures and endpoint management.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, network security, and zero-trust frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
