Your Opportunity


We are looking for a MEP Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia who will ensure effective O&M Processes and Procedures across all 137 Client sites spread between Riyadh and 130 missions (countries), and to execute and supply the contractual deliverables.


The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at an individual and team level. Has excellent verbal and written bilingual in Arabic & English, good communication skills. Someone who is diplomatic, with cultural sensitivity.


The hiring for this role is subject to contract award.


Key Accountabilities


  • Manage and supervise the activities of MEP functions (including sub-contractors team/s) to ensure the correctness of the deliverables (in person or via remote/virtual technology).

  • Review and ensure the processes followed by the Third-Party to build up the Asset Register with the acceptable hierarchy formats and taxonomies.

  • Ensure the Condition Assessment and uploading to the Asset lists specified fields while conducting the Data collection by the Third-Party.

  • Ensure the preparation of Tag Numbering and Tag fixation to each major Asset that belongs to the Entity.

  • Set up and capture field collected data on binaries and fields formats on the Assets lists to help bulk uploading & feeding to the intended EAMS.

  • Ensure all collected data is validated and cleansed.

  • Receive, review, and adjust final submission by the Third-Party.

  • Review the resumes and qualifications of the Third-Party resources for the critical roles to ensure competency level to deliver the required work correctly and induct/train the trainers to carry out the required tasks.

  • Review, develop and upgrade Operation & Maintenance Policies & Procedures in compliance with international standards.

Specific Requirements


  • Five (5) years of experience in supervising electrical, mechanical and plumbing works.

  • Training and development leadership experience is beneficial.

  • Record of engagement with a wide range of stakeholders and wider commercial and public-sector stakeholders.

  • Experience of working in the Middle East (KSA specifically would be advantageous).

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.

  • A proven track record of instituting continuous improvement.

  • Preferrable experience in Visio, & Ms Forms for Asset Management Documentation.

  • Demonstrable subject matter expertise across multiple aspects of MEP O&M.

  • Experience in buildings and infrastructure components including (but not limited to) Potable Water Networks, Water Pumps, Storm Water, Drainage Networks, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Power, Telecommunications, Security Systems, Lighting, Fire Protection.

  • General understanding of Asset Management principles.

  • Understanding of Asset Life Cycle principles.

  • Application of Asset data within the context of an Asset Management system.

  • Experience in development and implementation of best practice standards and processes, including HSE.
