Job Purpose: To meet the key performance indicators for executing the strategic directions and goals by promoting and providing access to our products for healthcare professionals in accordance with the company guidelines and policies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Execute the appropriate call flow to the appropriate customer.
Execute awareness initiatives to address unmet medical needs and introduce new treatment approaches.
Territory management through planning and operating a territory by executing field activities, coverage, frequency, and doctors group meetings objectives with proper reporting as per the guidance of the sales manager.
Account mapping by identifying relevant stakeholders who can identify and/or act on patients' unmet medical needs to ensure proper implementation of different functional plans.
Customer engagement using Biopharma-mea values, disease area, product knowledge, skills, and allocated resources effectively to identify and satisfy unmet patient needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful strategy execution to achieve successful product launch and patient access to medication.
Complete administrative tasks timely.
Represent the company, team, and personal good image.
Compliance with all company policies, regulatory agencies, state, and national law is required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
Experience in specialty diseases in infectious diseases, dermatology, urology, or gynecology therapy areas is a definite plus.
Considerable proven commercial experience and successful track records of product enlisting and achievements for at least two years in the pharmaceutical industry.
Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties License.
Valid driving license.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Good command of the English language (written/spoken).
Good command of computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Demonstrate strong selling skills and possess flexible interpersonal skills that tend to collaborate to achieve the goals.
