• Oversee swimming pool systems
• Manage and service all types of pumps including replacing bearings, mechanical seals, and other mechanical parts.
• Perform welding tasks as required
• Maintain and repair water heaters
• Conduct car maintenance and repairs
• Provide plumbing support and expertise
