Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Various locations in Saudi Arabia

Salary: Basic- SR- 7000 to 8000, TA- 10%, Housing Allowance: 25% of Basic Salary.

Job Responsibilities

As a key member of the Maintenance team, the purpose of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer role is to manage the timely and cost-effective specification and oversight of the delivery of maintenance tasks within their area, in accordance with operational needs, the required engineering standards, and SABIC's Standards. This role has a specific regulatory and procedural compliance responsibility that is key to the safe ongoing operation of the assets in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the application of engineering standards and policies primarily within MTBE / Utilities plant area, fulfilling the requirements of prevailing SHEMS / OMS Asset Maintenance work process.
• Manage delivery of area maintenance engineering requirements in line with business and regulatory needs.
• Manage the specification, deliverables/consumables, material before planning, scheduling through SAP, MDRM, PMDB, and delivery of all maintenance work in order to provide cost-effective safety, integrity, reliability, and production assurance.
• Hands-on experience in Maintenance of piping, static equipment, and temporary repairs, including sleeving, welding buildups, online clamping, FRP, Belzona, as per ASME PCC-II, temporary repairs.
• Hands-on experience in TA of static equipment.
• Prepare, review, and amend/update the SMP as per area maintenance requirements.
• Prepare, initiate, review, and get approval of MOC.
• Material BOM, creation, and cataloguing in MDRM/SAP.
• Ability to influence wider stakeholders across the Operational and Technical Functions.
• Ability to promote local and global corporate values.
