Job Summary:

Rowaby Real Estate Development Company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in Facility Management (FM). This role is vital to maintaining and optimizing mechanical systems across Rowaby's high-quality developments. The ideal candidate will provide operational input during the design and construction phases to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems, aligning with Rowaby's commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Management (FM):

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical systems across Rowaby's developments.
• Conduct regular inspections and address system issues to ensure efficient performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to enhance system longevity and reliability.

• Collaborate with project teams to provide operational insights during design and construction phases.
• Ensure that mechanical systems align with practical, long-term facility management requirements.

• Troubleshoot mechanical system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Evaluate designs and construction plans, recommending improvements for performance and compliance.

• Lead and motivate maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Handle escalations, complaints, and challenging situations with professionalism and tact.

• Prepare detailed reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and operational insights.
• Communicate effectively in English and, where applicable, Arabic.

• Ensure all systems and operations comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Utilize advanced computer skills for technical and administrative tasks, including system monitoring and data analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in MEP operations, facility management, and property management.
• Experience in mall management is a plus.
• Proven ability to provide operational insights during design and construction phases.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (Arabic preferred).
• Experience with high-end developers is preferred.
• Proficiency in both technical and administrative computer skills.
• Transferable Iqama is required.
