Mechanical Engineer

Job Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring optimal performance and reliability of all mechanical equipment within the production facility. This role involves proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementing improvements to minimize downtime and production losses.

Job Description

• Establish & follow up TPM Execution to achieve all lines efficiency and plant (KPIs).
• Supervise all mechanical maintenance and overhauling of all production lines,
• Plan and control all Maintenance and overhaul spare parts and budget
• Plan, execute, and commission all Maintenance projects
• Led a team of technicians to deliver maintenance results
• Tracking and analyze Maintenance activities and spare parts requirements
• Control the R&M budget for all mechanical Spare Parts in the plant

Qualification

Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

+3 Years

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
