Overview:

As an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) Sales Consultant, you will be the customer engagement lead integral to our Making AI Work strategy. You will build a vision and a journey for realizing that AI vision with the customer, helping them demystify the hype in the AI area and establishing credibility from the first meeting through the quality of questions you ask and relevant ideas/customer outcomes you share.

You will focus on business value and quickly build relationships with customers and prospects. You are an energetic self-starter and an exceptional communicator, at all levels of the customers and your own organization, with experience in building strong business relationships. You know how to allow a customer to stand in their own shoes for a time and then build a vision of what better looks like with them, combined with a strong business case that aligns with their priority measurements.

You are emotionally and socially intelligent and thrive in a competitive environment. You see the value of teamwork and are quick to share new insights, messaging, and anecdotes with the specialist and wider sales team for mutual benefit. You understand the value of storytelling that is easily understood and not overwhelming, regardless of audience knowledge level.

What you'll do at UiPath:

  1. Own the AI/ML sales pipeline from a focus set of accounts in the Middle East.
  2. Work with G2K and big enterprise customers, solution selling and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders involved - both internally and at the customer side.
  3. Maintain a highly structured mindset, approach, and account planning skills.
  4. Continually update knowledge and articulate our competitive differentiators from both hyper-scalers and boutique AI/IDP competitors.
  5. Build relationships and joint go-to-market plans with key system integrators, technology partners, and delivery partners.
  6. Provide support to sales executives and sales leaders to prioritize focus accounts, based on your experience and research, and contribute to overall account plans for broader Business Automation Platform engagement.

What you'll bring to the team:

  1. A deep understanding of AI, ML, and IDP markets and solutions.
  2. A proven ability to have a relevant point of view about AI that is valuable to customers.
  3. Ability to become productive quickly through a customized and practical induction process, as well as operate in a dynamic environment as part of an exciting hyper-growth organization.
  4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
