The Marketplace Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while driving operational efficiency. This role requires collaboration with various departments to develop strategies that optimize performance and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day operations for order processing.
Order receiving in the marketplace platform within the cutoff time.
Internal invoicing within the system and handoff the orders to the Warehouse team.
Follow up with warehouse order preparations.
Responsible for coordinating shipping and delivery logistics, managing transportation providers, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Return handlings on the system and pass claims to the account manager.
Monitoring performance metrics and tracking order fulfillments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketplace operations management or e-commerce.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Experience with major online marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Noon) is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
