To develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that attract airlines, increase passenger traffic, and enhance non-aeronautical revenue streams through effective promotion and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Position Accountability Description:

Operational Excellence

  • Execute detailed marketing strategies aimed at attracting new airlines and increasing the number of routes serviced by the airport.
  • Perform extensive market research to identify and analyze emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities in both aeronautical and non-aeronautical sectors.
  • Create and implement effective promotional campaigns tailored to enhance passenger traffic, emphasizing the airport’s unique advantages and services.
  • Gather and analyze passenger data and feedback to refine marketing strategies, enhance the passenger experience, and address any areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to boost non-aeronautical revenue streams, including retail, food and beverage, parking, and real estate.

Market Analysis & Strategic Insights

  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Monitor loyalty programs and initiatives designed to increase passenger retention and reward frequent travelers.
  • Execute marketing campaigns aimed at driving sales and revenue for non-aeronautical services, utilizing various channels and innovative approaches.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for new retail and commercial partnerships within the airport, negotiating terms and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, digital content, and other promotional assets to effectively market the airport’s services.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with airport stakeholders, including airlines, governmental agencies, and local businesses, to ensure alignment on marketing goals and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to increase the airport’s visibility and brand presence.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the airport and develop partnerships that enhance its reach and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the aviation, travel, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with a focus on innovation and market differentiation.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
