Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Manage social media platforms and create compelling posts.
  • Write blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

Digital Marketing & Advertising:

  • Plan and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Monitor SEO and website analytics to improve online presence.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics.

Brand Management & Public Relations:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Develop relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Organize events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.

Customer Engagement & Lead Generation:

  • Implement lead generation strategies through various marketing channels.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and customers.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance marketing efforts.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Recommend improvements based on data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, email marketing platforms).
  • Excellent communication and content writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Construction & B2B marketing.
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) are a plus.
