Job Title: Marketing Specialist (hotels)

Location: Makkah

A 5-star hotel in Makkah is looking for a marketing specialist with previous experience in hotels. He will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract guests and enhance the hotel’s brand awareness. This role includes managing promotional campaigns, engaging with customers, and analyzing target markets to ensure exceptional guest experiences that reinforce the hotel's luxury reputation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase guest bookings and achieve the hotel's sales goals.
2. Manage promotional and advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media and email.
3. Conduct market and competitor analysis to understand customer needs and identify new branding opportunities.
4. Build and maintain client relationships to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage bookings.
5. Prepare performance reports and analyze results to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements in marketing strategies.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing within the hotel or hospitality sector.
2. Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools.
3. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
