Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist, located in Jeddah. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer service, and supporting sales efforts. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as analyzing market trends, planning and executing marketing campaigns, maintaining customer relationships, and working closely with the sales team to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategic decisions and campaign planning
• Plan, execute, and monitor seasonal and product-based marketing campaigns in alignment with sales objectives
• Develop and manage content calendars across digital platforms (Meta, Google, email, etc.)
• Coordinate content creation, photoshoots, and campaign visuals to maintain a consistent brand presence
• Support website and e-commerce activities including product copy updates, campaign landing pages, and coordination with e-commerce and operations teams
• Assist in managing digital advertising and influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach to reporting
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with revenue goals
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide support to ensure excellent customer experience
• Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments including sales, design, and customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of marketing experience (retail or furniture is a plus)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Experience in content creation, campaign planning, and customer engagement
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Experience in using AI
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Fluent in English & Arabic is a must
