Job description

Job Summary
We are looking for an efficient Marketing Specialist to assist in driving all marketing initiatives including developing and enhancing brand awareness, strategies to drive demand generation, marketing events, and channel marketing programs. Carrying out day to day marketing and marketing management activities to achieve marketing targets.

Responsibilities
Assist in development and of marketing campaigns in cooperation with the outsourced marketing agency including relevant media material, advertising initiatives, events and online and electronic promotions.
Develop promotional opportunities and ideas.
Perform assigned activities relating to marketing campaigns.
Assist Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager in delivering print and electronic based communications for marketing campaigns to complement achievement of cost-effective sales.
Work closely with media agencies to achieve the desired targets of the marketing plan.
Provide accurate and timely inputs for the development of Sale and Marketing Strategies, Plans, and Forecasts.
Build effective relationships with the assigned external agencies and internal stakeholders.
Prepare market studies, market segmentation and competition analysis to provide clear overview of the market, competitiveness of Alesayi's offerings, and adequacy of pricing and sales structures.
Work closely with PR agencies for arrangement of events, as per the instructions of Marketing Manager.
Develop a database of customer-related information.
Review weekly sales figures for marketing analysis.
Ensure that all marketing material is being archived safely and securely.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Provide campaign progress reports to the Marketing Manager.
Prepare periodic evaluation reports on the market dynamics and share with Marketing Manager in order to improve sales.
Maintain relevant statistics and information regarding marketing department, in order to track and report overall performance of the department to the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing.
Provide other ad hoc reports requested by the Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing from an accredited university.
MBA or a Master's degree in Marketing and Sales from top tier international university/business school preferred.
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and public relations in a large organization in FMCG industry.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
A good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Planning and organizing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic.
Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
Broad knowledge and understanding of business planning, process optimization and marketing principles.
Skilled in the following areas: Marketing Concepts, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the customer and product development.
