The Marketing & PR Specialist will be responsible for attracting new companies, advertising in newspapers and magazines, serving VIP clients within the hospital, holding regular meetings with major clients, and playing an instrumental role in communicating updates in services and solutions to stakeholders.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Assist in CSR, PR, and Engagement activities.
- Support PR needs for Relib & Al Sallam.
- Create engaging and persuasive content for websites, social media, and marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and PR best practices.
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media to increase company visibility.
- Build connections with media and key journalists through a mix of channels, from traditional to digital and social.
- Ensure that our PR efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
- Forecast news cycles and identify areas of trending public interest.
- Understand the competitive landscape, staying ahead of threats to our brand image.
- Establish a media relations plan, with actionable strategies for high-level placements.
- Evaluate and establish the public relations plan and strategy.
- Engage with the marketing department to ensure that the PR campaigns are aligned with all company strategic goals and relevant plans for growth and new business opportunities.
- Leverage existing media relationships, including broadcast, traditional, and online, to land prominent placements.
- Pitch new ideas, and amplify content and social concepts to propel brand awareness while representing the brand voice, and staying consistent with current trends and media opportunities.
- Write timely press releases and media kits, and direct the social media team for proactive and regular communication.
- Help establish crisis strategies and contain any damage.
- Handle all inbound media inquiries and requests.
- Assist the Head of Department in developing and executing NMC & its Business Unit's Marketing & Public Relations plan.
- Act as a bridge between NMC & media channels.
- Work closely with a cross-section of stakeholders to gather requests, identify common needs, and prepare the Marketing & PR plan.
- Perform Marketing & PR analysis by integrating internal customer level database, external information, and macro/micro-economic data.
- Monitor & report industry statistics and follow market trends. Produce marketing event reports.
- Prepare and present Marketing & PR Performance to the Manager of Marketing & PR on a quarterly basis.
- Ensure that all creative marketing materials adhere to CARE brand standards.
- Contribute to writing and editing promotional literature, newsletters, direct marketing, and Internet marketing projects.
- Communicate marketing campaigns, e-newsletters, invitations, etc., through emails.
- Meet current objectives and position the organization for future growth.
- Complete daily tasks and assignments and process large volumes of work associated with the operation of the department.
- Meet and exceed expectations of internal and external customers. All organizational and departmental standards regarding quality of performance are met. Demonstrate a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Participate in quality improvement programs as directed.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Media, or Communication.
Experience:
Required:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same role, preferably in hospitals.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, fluent in English.
Competent managerial and working knowledge of computer systems.
Knowledge of marketing management, team leading, and problem-solving.
SEO, Google AdWords, social media Ads, and analytics knowledge.
