The Amazon Fresh team is looking for an execution-driven manager to lead marketing and merchandising for the UFG product. As Sr. Marketing Manager, you will own end-to-end marketing and prime customer engagement for the program. The scope of the role is to drive growth of service in UAE and KSA, scale prime customer penetration, and influence retention/frequency of shopping. The role owns the content experience of the respective category across all customer touch-points both on-site and off-site. This role is accountable for category content ideation, customer acquisition and retention planning/cost and development, and includes a high degree of complexity, detail and responsibility.
Key to success will be the ability to utilize customer insight and data to develop relevant editorial content, marketing programs, design customer cohort tests and quickly double down on programs that show success. This individual must excel in managing and navigating cross-functional efforts and partnering with product teams, customer experience, analytics teams, centralized marketing, and traffic teams.
Key job responsibilities
– 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience working with creative teams, content managers and marketers to bring brand promise to life
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
– 2+ years of segmentation and developing customer profiles experience
– Experience in supporting quantitative and qualitative consumer research
– Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
